Quality report on balance of payments, international trade in services and foreign direct investments — 2014 data - Products Statistical working papers

This report provides users with a tool to assess the quality of the balance of payments, international trade in services and foreign direct investment statistics published by Eurostat. The data quality can be evaluated against indicators covering the following components: relevance, accuracy, timeliness and punctuality, comparability and coherence. The purpose of the report is not to rank EU Member States from best to worst for each quality indicator, but to provide users with information on the different factors affecting statistics so that they can appraise the data quality for themselves. This quality report is published annually.
