Service Contract: Deployment of Advanced Caller Location solutions using GNSS in an E112 call to the Public Safety Answering Point

The contractor will deploy Advanced Mobile Location (AML) in at least 7 EU countries where AML has not yet been deployed and which were not part of the pilot project HELP112. The contractor should deploy AML following European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) AML Technical Report (TR) 103 393.

Background

The EU funded pilot project HELP112 led to the deployment of AML in Lithuania and parts of Austria. AML was also tested in Italy and the United Kingdom under HELP112. Additional EU countries have deployed AML independently of the project.
