INTERNAL MARKET, INDUSTRY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SMES - Save the date: 12 May - Empowering a Competitive Union: from InvestEU to the European Competitiveness Fund

This 2nd InvestEU high-level event will provide an outlook on the future European Competitiveness Fund and explore the role of InvestEU in supporting its objectives. It will showcase InvestEU’s investments in innovation, decarbonisation, and the social sector, highlighting how these initiatives contribute to Europe's competitiveness. Bringing together InvestEU implementing partners, beneficiaries, private investors, policymakers, and key stakeholders, the event will foster discussions on mobilising investments for a stronger, more resilient European economy. The InvestEU Programme is now managed by the Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) of the European Commission.

At these policy crossroads, the event will provide an outlook on the future European Competitiveness Fund and the role InvestEU can play. The agenda includes high-level speakers, including Executive Vice-President Stéphane Séjourné, and four thematic panels:
